I am a farm girl from Medicine Hat Alberta. I have lived in Calgary for 35 years.
I enjoy cooking, gardening, music and dancing. Especially Zumba dance fitness which I also enjoy teaching.
I especially enjoy spending time with seniors! I aim to help make a positive difference in someone's life, by providing friendship, encouragement, conversation, care and support. And, at the same time help provide relief assistance to family caregivers. A Friend Indeed!
