How It Works
Step 1
It all starts with the Storyteller –your loved one, who has built up years of memories and experiences ready to be shared. We arrange to interview the Storyteller and prepare with prompting questions that are sure to spur them on.
This is why we've created regularly scheduled visits for our seniors and how we are a reliable support for their families.
Step 2
The interview is conducted remotely over a video call to ensure safety. Like conversation over a cup of tea with a Friend, the Storyteller, their Musings and all their laughter and expressions are captured on video waiting for Step 3.
Step 3
You can choose from a number of add-ons such as photos, music or even additional interviews with supporting cast members to make your video even more special.
Step 4
We edit the video with care and attention to bring out the best of your loved one, which will be available for generations to come.
