Roxanne has spent more than 12 years supporting seniors in both retirement living and community‑based care, driven by her deep love for this population and a desire to meet the growing needs she saw around her. 

Her work began in retirement home management, where she developed a strong understanding of the unique challenges and joys of aging, and later evolved into providing individualized care within the community. 

Roxanne finds the greatest reward in helping older adults live their best lives with dignity, comfort, and connection. Known for her empathy and her remarkable attention to the small but meaningful details in a person’s life, she brings a thoughtful, compassionate presence to every individual she supports.
