I am a compassionate individual who finds joy in connecting with seniors and enhancing their daily lives. Originally born and raised in British Columbia, I moved to the Red Deer area 35 years ago. Family is incredibly important to me—I am a single mother of two grown daughters and a proud grandmother to my seven-year-old grandson.

My passion for working with seniors was inspired by the time I spent with my aunt before she passed away. The meaningful moments we shared deepened my appreciation for companionship and the importance of being present for others in their later years.

With a love for travel and learning, I bring enthusiasm and a rich tapestry of experiences to my role as a senior companion. I cherish spending time with others, learning from their stories, and making each day special for those I work with. In my free time, I enjoy golfing, playing tennis, crocheting, cooking, and baking. I also love spending time with family and friends, creating lasting memories together. Staying active is important to me—I enjoy many outdoor activities, including, walking, bicycling, paddle boarding, kayaking as well as going to the gym regularly.
