I grew up in Calgary with my 2 brothers and parents who immigrated to Canada in the late 1950’s. I homeschooled our 2 children from grades 3 and 6 through to graduating from high school which provided so many great memories and opportunities to learn about the world around us. My husband and I moved to Didsbury in 2018 to escape the hustle and bustle of the big city. My work experience has been in human services supporting those struggling with addiction, homelessness and mental health concerns. I’m passionate about helping others reach their potential and supporting them along the way. I have been a volunteer at our museum for the last 2 years, helping in the archives to document all the wonderful treasures that paint a picture of life when the area was being settled. Outside of work, I enjoy gardening, quilting and spending time with our 2 grown children and their spouses
