The Opportunity
This part-time employment position has fluctuating hours occurring during the MST or PST timezone, during weekdays, Monday to Friday. There is an expectation of reasonable, responsive communication with clients and employees as needed. This part-time position is entirely virtual.
Approx. 20 hours weekly. Pay is $17 - 20/hour CDN.
We are looking to start by August 15, 2025.

We are a growing company, with 15 years under our belt, as a reliable resource for the family caregiver to aging loved ones. We help them get back their energy and personal time again. We provide companionship and non-medical assistance for their aging loved ones. Their aging loved one receives a new Friend and the family doesn’t have to do everything all on their shoulders.
We are looking for someone special to reliably assist in the back end and training is provided.
We call this role Operations Coordinator!
This role includes:

Planning schedule coverage as it is needed. We have a step-by-step system for this.

Being back up to our Operations/Admin when she is away. Which means processing the daily visit summaries which are submitted by staff for the clients.

Updating internal tools and creating reports. We have step-by-step systems for this!

Interacting with clients and staff (via email and/or phone) as needed.

Flexibility! Working from your home, this part time employment position is fully virtual.

Variety! Our policy manual is being updated, assistance with newsletters is needed, and other occasional projects come up. Training is provided as needed. A good variety of work to keep things interesting for you!
We are looking to build a long, happy, and healthy relationship with the right puzzle solver (minimum 2 years). You will be contributing in a very meaningful way. You will be directly and positively affecting many, many people, which is incredibly rewarding!
