Love Local!

This is more than a catch phrase; this is a big deal! With so much going on out there in

the province, the country and in the rest of the world, it all feels big and complicated.

Local is small and it’s simple.

We can see it and interact with it. It makes up all of us. There is great comfort in that.

Shopping local and supporting local businesses helps you, your neighbors, and our

whole community.

It is good to Love Local!

When I stopped into my ATB Financial branch the other day while running errands, I

noticed a sign “Love Local” on a table just inside the entrance. I inquired with Branch

Manager Inna Kogaeva, who told me about the initiative they have at all their branches

to help bring awareness to local small businesses.

I couldn’t have been more excited! I expressed my enthusiasm for the opportunity and

for the month of November, both ATB Financial branches in Airdrie are showcasing

helpful information from A Friend Indeed! YAY!
